Preparation for your blood test
For most occupational health blood tests, you can eat and drink as normal unless advised otherwise.
It is important that you are well hydrated before your appointment.
As a guide, try to drink 1–2 glasses of water in the hour before attending.
If fasting is required for your test, this will be explained at the time of booking.
